My question is: Ok you can freeze cakes, how do slice them in half if you intend to frost like a layered cake? I'm doing maybe two cakes, 4 cake mixes total and I want to decorate with smiley faces because the new mommy likes this. I just want to know exactly how to freeze, when I am able to slice in half to decorate. Thank-you.
